Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) for Veterans
Hope everybody had a great Easter. Wanted to pass along some information as a reminder to some or news to others. Please see attached brochure on WOTC. WOTC is a possible tax savings for employers who hire qualifying Veterans. There is WOTC for other populations of job seekers as well.
After an assessment and required documentation received, I submit WOTC Conditional Certification requests for my customers to the Texas Workforce Commission on a regular basis. The majority of requests I submit are for disabled Veterans in the market for full-time employment.
Please feel free to share this info with employers you know and job seeking Veterans that might qualify. Job seeking Veterans can call or email me to schedule an appointment. Employers with more questions can call the number listed on the brochure.
